Get on the map

Your rank comes from the Claude Code and Codex logs already on your computer. token-sync reads the token counts from them, never your prompts, code or file paths, and uploads them to your account. You choose whether to appear publicly.

You need: a GitHub account, Node.js 22.18 or newer, and Claude Code or Codex used on this computer.

1. See what would be sent (optional)

npx @tokenhomepage/token-sync --dry-run --pretty

Prints the exact upload to your screen and sends nothing. A summary of your totals appears at the bottom.

2. Connect this computer

npx @tokenhomepage/token-sync login

3. Upload your usage

npx @tokenhomepage/token-sync upload

Sends your token counts and prints your totals. It's safe to run as often as you like: records already uploaded are never counted twice. Run it again whenever you want your rank updated.

4. Go public

Open your account page, pick a display name, tick Show me on the public homepage and save. Your ad appears on the map within about a minute. Until then, nothing about you is public.

How you're ranked

Ranked tokens = uncached input + cache writes + output, across Claude Code and Codex combined. Cache reads are shown on your profile but don't count toward rank, so long cached sessions can't dominate the board.
